Mr. Fishback

My unit has moved from the Air Force Base in Kirkuk to a small town of about 15,000 out to the West.  I have become the “mayor” of the town.  We are working with the mayor, city council, and other civil employees to get the local government started.  Then our next task is to try to introduce them to democracy.  Man, I should have stayed awake in Coach East’s classes! I never thought I would be into this line of work.  Fortunately, I have some really smart guys working for me.  They will dig me out of this hole. Well, I must go for now.  Thanks again for all you do.
