The clinic is Saturday, September 6. The entry fee is $10.00 per person which must
be paid before we go. You will also need
money for lunch which will probably be pizza at Mr. Gatti’s. We will need to leave at 7:00 a.m. from the
choir room to register at 8:30. Bring
water bottles to keep hydrated throughout the day. You will need your folder with the all-region
try-out music and a pencil. We will
leave OC at 4:00 and should arrive at the Choir Room by 5:30.

You
will not be able to communicate with any director until the last student has
auditioned.
ü
Keep
all belongings with you.
ü
You
can not communicate with another student who has not yet auditioned once your
audition is completed.
ü
Students
are to be respectful to all adults.
ü
No
tape/CD/MP3 players, etc. are allowed in the audition holding areas. There can
be no electronic equipment of any kind during the entire day.
ü
Cell
phones may not be on or used by anyone until the audition event is completely
through.
ü
There
is to be no singing of the audition music except in the Holding and Audition
Rooms.
ü
Students
are not allowed to adjust the volume of the CD player in the Audition Room
Any infraction of the
Audition Rules could result in disqualification.

Choir Uniform Contract
Your choir uniform is being issued for the
2008 – 2009 school year. After the last
performance it must be returned in perfect
condition. The girls’ dresses and
the guy’s shirts must be freshly
laundered. The guys’ pants, jackets and cummerbunds must be freshly dry-cleaned with the receipt
attached. The button cover and 4
studs must be in the original plastic bag.
All alterations must be sewn with absolutely no cutting of the
fabric. Hems should be hand-sewn – not taped or pinned. If your
seamstress has any questions, please have him/her call before proceeding.
These uniforms are for the use of the
choir only and are not to be worn for any personal events.
Everyone will need to wear dress black
shoes with their uniform. NO tennis
shoes are allowed. Guys will need to
wear black socks.
