New Board Room

The Forsan Board members did not know that Mr.
Johnson had been working since last year to convert an empty classroom into a state of the art meeting room
complete with wireless laptops and an LCD projector.
The pictures below show their faces as they see the meeting room for the first
time.
Board members will no longer be mailed paper documents prior to each meeting
and they will normally not be carrying home additional paperwork. All documentation will
be replaced by a single CD and mailed to each member. Each document will be
linked from a single agenda page making navigation simple and quick. The
wireless laptops will be preloaded before each meeting with all the necessary information. Judy
Park will also display the information on the wall through the LCD projector
mounted in the ceiling. The laptops and LCD projector will be used by students
and teachers during the normal school day. No bond money was spent on this
project.
Consulting Engineers Joe Grimes and Bert Moffitt of
Grimes and Associates make the first presentation in the new
board room followed by Business Manager Dianna Walker.
