Elbow Elementary Recognized as an Outstanding School by Greatschools and Texas Monthly

Forsan Elementary at Elbow has been listed as an outstanding school by two educational "watch dogs" recently. Both groups recognized Elbow for its outstanding academic performance in recent years. The "Great Schools" web site rates Elbow with a "9" (out of a possible 10). The data came form the State's Academic Excellence Indicator System report. The second group to recognize Elbow Elementary is Texas Monthly. The December edition has an article on "The Best Public Schools." They recognize the incredible TAKS scores.
