Forsan  Elementary at Elbow was awarded the Title I, Part A Distinguished Performance Award. This award is given to campuses who serve a population made up of 40% or more low socio-economic students and which achieve exceptional academic success over a three year period.

 

Elbow was the only campus to achieve this recognition
in all of Region 18 !!
(area covering most of West Texas).
