The Coahoma Athletic Boosters under the leadership of Donna Wright and Donna Bibb provided a great meal. They were able to feed around 230 people in a very short time. A big thank you to the CHS student council for serving food and drinks to the older alumni. They were very appreciative for the help. The Coahoma Alumni Association has joined forces with the Coahoma Athletic Boosters to raise money for the Community Scholarship Fund.  The purpose of the Scholarship Fund is to provide every graduating senior with a $250 scholarship beginning with top ranking and going down to every senior attending a  college or technical school until the funds are depleted. Many donations were accepted at the reunion. You can still send donations to Coahoma High School. Mail them to Donna Bibb, P.O. Box 110, Coahoma, TX  79511.  More thank you notices will be added here as I get the information.

1970 graduate Jody Nix with his band Jody Nix and the Texas Cowboys gave a performance that would make any CHS alumni proud. They put on one good professional show.

Officers for the Coahoma Exes are President - Bob Fishback, Vice-President - Joyce Baumann,  Secretary - Patti Lee Meeks, and Treasurer - Rose Marie Thixton Teeler.  Rae Nell Best will be working with e-mail and postal mail correspondence.
