Dear Parents,
Forsan Junior/Senior High School will begin issuing Student Portal lD information on Monday, October 15, 2007, and Tuesday, October 16, 2007. The Junior High/High School office will be open until 6:00 p.m. both evenings for you to return the attached Online GradeBook Access Form and pick up the Student Portal ID.
Please complete the attached Forsan ISD Online Access Form and return the completed form to the Junior High/High School campus (for grades 6 through 12 only) in PERSON to receive a Student Portal ID. After completing this form and returning it, you will be given the appropriate information to access your child’s information. By signing this form, you are indicating that you have legal rights to access the student’s grades and attendance. If asked, you will need to present legal documentation as proof of your rights. Forsan ISD is not liable for any information you may give to a third party.
You will need the Student portal ID to sign up for access to the student’s grades and attendance. Online parent instructions for accessing grades and attendance will be available on our website at http://forsan.esc18.net. Click Parent Training Guide for additional training information.
Remember – the Junior High/High School office will be open until 6:00 p.m. on Monday, October 15, 2007, and on Tuesday, October 16, 2007, for you to return the completed Online GradeBook Access Form and pick up the necessary Student Portal ID. If you are unable to come on October 15th or October 16th you will need to contact the Junior High/High School office to set up a specific time to return the access form and pick up the Student Portal ID.
