The Big Spring Rotary Club recognizes students across Howard County for their academic achievements, athletic accomplishments, and overall good character.
During a recent meeting, the club recognized Forsan Sophomore Hadley Fowler as Student of the Month. Hadley was accompanied by her mom and school counselor, for the award presentation.
